Primonial shareholders demand €110m in compensation from Altarea

The judicial soap opera between Primonial and Altarea starts. In today's edition, L'Agefi reveals that Primonial's main shareholders (Bridgepoint, Latour Capital and Sogecap) claim €110 million in compensation for damages suffered as a result of the cancellation of the transaction. They break down into €50 million for the lack of chance to make investments thanks to the sale proceeds, €50 million for damaging Primonial's image and €10 million for consulting costs and the work of internal teams.
