Queensland council launches tender for Mingo Crossing Caravan Park lease

The North Burnett Regional Council is calling for tenders for the lease and operation of Mingo Crossing Caravan Park and Recreational Area, a Burnett River tourism asset in Queensland with an established customer base among caravanners, campers and grey nomads. Submissions will be assessed on a range of commercial and operational criteria, meaning the tender will not necessarily go to the highest monetary offer but to the most suitable operator.
