NAI Legacy, a full-service real estate owner and operator based in Bloomington, Minnesota, has acquired a Walgreens drugstore in a Minneapolis suburb.
NAI Legacy purchased the Walgreens building located at 1055 Wayzata Blvd. E. in Wayzata from Pari Moghbel Living Trust for $7.8 million, or approximately $515 per square foot. The property, which is fully leased to Walgreens, about 15,000 square feet and was constructed in 2015.
Walgreens' current lease at the location is set to expire in March 2035.
