The multi-tenanted freehold at 578 square metres across two levels is fully leased to eight tenants, generating net annual rental income of approximately $294,813 and an indicative yield of around 6 per cent. The property last changed hands in 2023 for $5.3 million and is now offered for sale at an undisclosed price.
