The Espi Group, the Smart Buildings Alliance and Business Immo, with the support of Simi, have joined forces to organize the first Digital Transformation Awards (TTD) for the real estate industry in France. This initiative is supported by the industry's federations and professional organizations(Aproma, CNOA, Fedene, Finance Innovation, FPI, IFEI, Nexity, RICS, Syntec Ingénierie, Unam, Unis, USH).
The aim of the Awards is to provide an initial overview of the digital transformation of the entire real estate value chain, to map the changes in business practices driven by digital transformation, and to give greater visibility to the initiatives undertaken by the players who make real estate in France, in one of the eight sectors of the industry: Architecture/Urbanism, Technical Engineering, Real Estate Expertise/Consulting, Asset and Property Management, Development/Planning, Construction, Marketing, Operations/Maintenance.
More than 250 companies with a digital initiative responded to our call, of which 100 received a fuller application and 27 were nominated for the first Digital Transformation Awards.

The eight winners, chosen by a jury chaired by Véronique Bédague, Executive Vice President of the Nexity Group and Chairman and CEO of Nexity Immobilier d'entreprise, will be announced on November 20 at Station F. At Simi 2019, on December 12, the Jury's Grand Prize and Business Immo readers' favorite will be awarded.
