Singapore-listed real estate investment trust OUE REIT has acquired a 19.9 per cent stake in Sydney's Salesforce Tower — the city's tallest office building — for $357.2 million, marking the trust's first investment in the Australian market. The transaction comes as Japanese investor Mitsubishi Estate Asia divests its remaining interest in the $1.8 billion George Street skyscraper, which overlooks Circular Quay.
