Between April1 and September 30, 23 "small" cranes appeared in the skies over the Paris region, a real halt after the 54 new construction starts recorded over the previous period, notes Deloitte Finance on the occasion of the publication of the 41st edition of the Grand Paris Office Crane Survey carried out in collaboration with Explore. Around 110,000 m² were started, compared with 570,000 m² six months ago. Paris intra-muros accounted for 70% of launches (75,600 m²; -75%), spread over 17 new sites. As a reminder, the 80,000 m² launch of the Triangle tower, supported by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Axa IM Alts, had boosted this volume over the previous period. Despite this decline, note the authors of the study, "the number of new construction sites in the capital nevertheless remains higher than the average number of 14 launches per edition over the last ten years".
