"It's a good time for bargains..." says Jérémie Ifrah. And, according to Jérémie Ifrah, Groupe Colombus, which he co-founded with Thierry Leclerc, has signed one at 8 impasse de Mont-Louis, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. At the end of December, by private treaty, his company officially acquired this 750 m² property from an independent broker, in partnership with Banque Populaire Val de France. "This deal is something of a trademark for us," emphasizes Jérémie Ifrah, who points out that 80% of his transactions are carried out off-market or via an independent broker.
