The group Espi, the Smart Buildings Alliance, Business Immo, with the support of Simi, have joined forces to organize the first Digital Transformation Trophies (TTD) for real estate in France. An initiative supported by professional federations and organizations from across the sector (Aproma, CNOA, Fedene, Finance Innovation, FPI, IFEI, Nexity, RICS, Syntec Engineering, Unam, Unis, HUSH).
These Trophies aim to draw up an initial overview of digital transformation throughout the real estate value chain, to map the changes in business practices driven by digital transformation and to give more visibility to the initiatives carried out by actors who make real estate in France in one of the eight sectors of the sector: Architecture/Urbanism in France in one of the eight sectors of the sector: Architecture/Urbanism, Technical Engineering, Technical Engineering, Real Estate Expertise/Consulting, Asset and Property Management, Promotion/Development, Construction, Construction, Commercialization, Exploitation, Maintenance/.
More than 250 companies that launched a digital initiative answered our call, among which 100 received a more comprehensive application and 27 were nominated for the award of the first Digital Transformation Trophies.

The eight winners selected by a jury chaired by Véronique Bédague, Deputy CEO of the Nexity Group, President and CEO of Nexity Corporate Real Estate, will be announced on November 20 at Station F. During Simi 2019, on December 12, the Grand Jury Prize and the favorites of Business Immo readers will be awarded.
