In order to advance professional equality in the real estate sector, the Real Estate Women's Circle launched the charter of commitment to gender parity and professional equality in companies and organizations in the real estate sector. Thirty-one new signatures were created in 2023, so 130 companies and organizations have now joined this initiative.
