Located on the site of the Olympic Village in Saint-Denis (93), the new "Universeine" campus will, after the Olympic Games, form a future mixed-use, environmentally-friendly neighborhood featuring almost 1,000 housing units for first-time buyers and families, student residences, shops, public facilities and offices. The project is divided into two main blocks: B1, comprising the existing buildings of Halle Maxwell and two new buildings, and B2, comprising a new complex combining offices and housing: "The particularity of this project, driven by the Société de livraison des ouvrages olympiques (Solideo), is that it was conceived even before the provisional phase of the 2024 Olympic Games. Temporary partitions were therefore installed in the office buildings, along with prefabricated, modular equipment," explains Émilie Jousset, program director for the Universeine project at Vinci Immobilier.
