Charter Hall, acting on behalf of its Charter Hall Direct Convenience Retail Fund, acquired Tooronga Village Shopping Mall at 766 Toorak Rd in Melbourne from Newmark Capital, acting on behalf of its Newmark Tooronga Property Trust, for $79 million.
