As part of the Réinventer Paris 3 call for projects, the consortium led by BNP Paribas Real Estate with Apsys and RATP Solutions Ville was chosen to carry out the rehabilitation of the formerAP-HPheadquarters, a project dubbed Hospitalités citoyennes. The program, comprising two blocks named Victoria and Saint-Martin, is covered by an 80-year construction lease. While the work is underway, the site will be occupied by a social and solidarity-based third-party workplace, run by the Plateau urbain cooperative, in partnership with Vraiment Vraiment, Base commune and Le Sens de la ville.
