It is within the framework of the Réinventing Paris 3 call for projects that the group, led by BNP Paribas Real Estate with Apsys and RATP City Solutions has been appointed to lead the project to rehabilitate the former headquarters ofAP-HP ; a project called Citizen Hospitals. The program, composed of two islands named Victoria and Saint-Martin, is the subject of an 80-year construction lease. By the time the works begin, the site will be occupied by a third social and solidarity site, supported by the cooperative Urban Plateau, in partnership with VrV, Base commune and The Meaning of the City.
