They are young, at the most over 40 this year. They all have positions of responsibility. There are 200 of them. And they have the difficult task of building the city of tomorrow. And that, starting today. THEChoiseul Institute, in partnership with Business Immo, therefore publishes the list of 200 decision-makers in the city of tomorrow. A ranking that is built around five main categories encompassing, more or less, all the components of the city as we understand them today. Without claiming to be exhaustive, nor by being totally compartmentalized, the porosity between the various urban functions, and the categories of real estate assets that result from them, is growing.
