Investment from the region has slowed sharply in 2018 after five strong years, and was virtually absent in Q3

Far Eastern investment cooled in Q3 2018 following a very strong Q2, when investors swooped on multiple City assets. The amount spent by Far Eastern investors fell 64% Q-o-Q to £1.2bn, the weakest total since Q1 2017 and less than two-thirds the five-year quarterly average.
