Epic Deals of Livonia purchased an industrial building in Dearborn, Michigan, from Michigan Employment & Training Plus for $1.3 million, or about $114 per square foot.

Built in 1946, the single-story industrial property at 1330 Industrial St spans 11,370 square feet. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale.

The property last changed hands in October 2016, when it sold for $300,000, representing more than a fourfold increase in value over the past nine years.

This acquisition adds to Epic Deals of Livonia's portfolio, which now includes 11,370 square feet of owned property.
