Located on the site of the Olympic Village in Saint-Denis (93), the new campus named “Universei” will, after the Olympic Games, constitute a future mixed and ecological district comprising nearly 1,000 residential and family homes, student residences, shops, public facilities and offices. The project is divided into two main blocks: block B1, composed of the existing buildings of Maxwell Hall as well as two new buildings, and block B2, consisting of a new complex combining offices and housing: “The particularity of this project initiated by the Olympic Book Delivery Company (Solideo) is to have been designed even before the provisional phase of the 2024 Olympics. Temporary partitions have therefore been installed in office buildings, as well as prefabricated and modular equipment,” explains. Emilie Jousset, program director of Operation Universein at Vinci Real Estate.
