Pasadena, California-based JRW Investments, which connects clients to real estate investments, recently purchased the property occupied by the Tractor Supply Co. store in St. Charles, Illinois, for $5.45 million, or 285.21 per square foot.
M.E.N.D. Properties of Mahomet, Illinois, sold the 19,100-square-foot single-tenant property, which was on the market for 105 days, according to CoStar data. M.E.N.D. also owns top properties in Minnesota.
The Illinois retail building, located at 3000 W. Main St., sits on 3.5 acres and was built in 2022. It was fully occupied at the time of sale with a 15-year term commitment.
